1 raw papaya coriander leaves 2to3 green chilies salt to taste mustard seeds1/4tsp. 1/4tsp turmeric powder oilfor cooking
Peel the papaya then grate it.Place the kadhai on the fire add one tbs. of oil put in the mustard seeds when the seeds are done put in chopped green chillies then add raw papaya turmeric salt stir it gently cover it for 5 min. Then remove it from fire and decorate it with coriander leaves.A healthy fast cooking ayurvedic vegetable for everyone.
