I am currently residing in the bay area and going to move to Seattle in a couple of months. My wife is trying to find a job in Seattle. She is going to complete her Masters next month here, has around 2+ years of experience. But she has not received any calls in the last 2 months from any Seattle based companies. Is the job market not that great in Seattle currently? Or the companies prefer to interview the local candidates only? Would it be much easier to get interview calls once we move there?
