Wood Ranch is good. Thousand Oaks is bit expensive compared to Simi. Where are you exactly looking to move. Are you going to work in Simi. Let me know if you need any info.

Hi Minakshi,We live in Simi for more than a year. It is great and safe area. You can find good apts between Yosemite and Sycamore on both East Los angeles ave and Cochran. For schools best thing to check is greatschools.net or greatschools.org based on what you are exactly looking.
