Gangavaram Port Limited provides support to the students

Visakhapatnam: 11th September, 2019: As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program Gangavaram Port Limited provided the support to the students of government schools (Government High Schools and Elementary Schools at Gajuwaka, Nadupur and Mindhi villages) around Gajuwaka by providing the bus passes & assisting their transport needs. Sri Sambasiva Rao, IPS(R), CEO and Sri. V. Janardhan Rao, COO Gangavaram Port handed over the cheque to Mr. Yesudhanam, Regional Manager APSRTC, in the presence of Sri. B. Balakrishna, Vice President, Vigilance (R&R and Security), Sri L.P.S. Ramu Naidu, Vice President (R&R and Security) & Mr K Madhav, Depot Manager, Gajuwaka, APSRTC along with staff members of Gangavaram Port.



Gangavaram Port provided the support to facilitate the issuing of RTC Bus Passes by APSRTC to 2150 students of government schools. This initiative was done with an objective to assist in providing safe transport to the students of the neighbouring villages.

According to Gangavaram Port Management, The students require bus passes to ensure safe & timely travel. With this support we want to bridge the commuting issues faced by students. We are committed towards the development of our society especially students by taking care of relevant facilities.
