Dr. Princy S. Rekhi: First Indian elected as the President of the Seattle King County Dental Society

Dr. Princy S. Rekhi is elected to become the next President of the Seattle King County Dental Society. He is the first Indian to be elected to this position. He assumes this role at a time where strong leadership is vital and needed for the integrity of the dental profession.
Dr. Rekhi is well-versed, and comes from a history of leadership roles. Upon graduation from dental school, he immediately embraced organized dentistry and became involved at local, state and national levels. Dr. Rekhi served as a Chairman of the New Dentist committee, revitalizing and invigorating a sense of pride in organized dentistry amongst new members to our profession. He also served on the Seattle King County Dental Society's executive council. He is a member of the foundation board and serves on the budget and finance committee. He also has serves as a delegate to both the Washington state dental association, and for the last 3 years to the American Dental Association representing the 11th District on a national level. He serves organized dentistry with passion and enthusiasm.
You would think with all these offices, he would seldom have time to practice dentisty, but that is not the case at all. Dr. Rekhi is the owner of Highland Dental Center and owns three offices which serve the communities of Edmonds, Kirkland and Renton. Dr Rekhi graduated from Inglemore High School as a valedictorian. He has been one of the only 25 candidates selected to join the School of Dentistry right after high School. He started his first practice just four months after receiving the DDS ( Doctor of Dental Surgery ) in 2003. Dr Rekhi is the youngest ever dentist to be elected as President of the Seattle King County Dental Society.
