Monika C. 12/27/2021 Member of PortlandIndian.com City: Lake Oswego	Rent starts somewhere around 1600 and over . I am not aware of the gated community but Kruzway commons is a beautiful place with rent around 2 k. But this is all just estimated i checked from zillow .
