Hey Peeps, I am looking for recommendations of areas for buying a house. My criteria is commute to downtown, cost (obviously), school districts and presence of Indian community in the area. I have researched the most common areas (Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquh, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland etc). I wanted your opinion on Kenmore. Any idea?Thanks in advance!!!
