Hii We are staying in avalon redmond place, redmond. My husbands job is also in seattle downtown. The apartmetns are well maintained though it is not very near to overlake transit center it takes 10-15 mins drive to the transit center. The bus facility is also very nice to seattle downtown and it takes 25-30 mins to downtown by bus. These apartments are near to everything indian grocery stores, QFC, shopping like macys,kohls, target
