Dishwasher who will be responsible for cleanliness of kitchen utensils
Tandoor person who will be responsible for handling food items coming out of the tandoor.
Prep work Staff who will be responsible for getting the food ready to cook or as told by the sous or head chef.
Experience working in varied kitchen positions is a plus but not mandatory.
