Gurmail Singh Gill is the owner and Chef for Taj Palace of India and has over 30 years of experience working in this business. He worked for 5 years as a Chef in Gaylord Restaurant in Beverely Hills in 1980-85. He opened his first restaurant, Taj Mahal in 1986 in Dallas, Texas. His second venture was opening another restaurant, Star of India in Little Rock, Arkansas in joint partnership.
