I am a non-Indian resident of Port Townsend who is one of many here that frequently crave Indian food and have to go to Seattle or Bellevue to find top quality Indian cusisine. Unbelievably, we have 4 Thai restaurants here, all of which seem to be doing ok. However, sadly we have no Indian restaurants at all. I would like to suggest that this would be a great opportunity for a great Indian chef to make his or her mark in an appreciative community. In addition to the high number of Thai restaurants, suggesting high interest in Asian cuisine, I can provide additional facts about Port Townsend that would predict a strong interest in a high-quality Indian restaurant(many vegetarians, many practitioners of various schools of yoga, etc.). Thank you
