There are couple of places in North Seattle that do threading. One is International Salon in Northgate and the other one is Studio JYC in Shoreline. It is owned by Jane who is really good and does an awesome job. Well worth the drive! I have been to International Salon as well. They do a good job but I am a regular at Studio JYC.
