Priyanka K. 11/2/2009 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: Bothell	We are offering $1250 monthly to whoever is ready to takeover our lease from December through July. The present rate is $1455. But when we signed up for the lease it was $1399. A good deal as whoever takes over the lease can continue with the same rate when the lease expires.
