Hi,My parents are already in US on visitor visa and they would like to visit Canada since we are close by to Vancouver. Since they are already in US and cannot go back to India to obtain candian visitor visa, does anybody know if they are eligible to apply from Seattle Can. Consulate?I heard that law requires to obtain visa from the home country, but do not know for sure.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks.
me and my husband got visit visa for canada last year and luckly we got multiple entery visa. we r also on visit visa for usa.you should try once but u just have to prove that ur parents will come back from canada when visa expires.
Although it is preferred that they apply from their home country they can certainly apply from the US. They will need all the paperwork they used to prove their residency etc. in India ...
