Hi,I have very good networking with few companies, I help them find consultants and make commissions. There are many projects coming up at these companies. Now instead of acting like a middle man, I am planning to start a it consulting company and hire consultants for these companies. I am anticipating, I would need about 25 consultants. Now I am good at what I do but I lack knowledge about starting my own consulting company. Can someone tell me what do I need to do, inorder to start a consulting company in seattle? Where do I start from? What are the steps involved? I understand the organization structure and planning for LLC but how do I register in seattle? Papers works, etc ... Thanks. UAMAAN.
