Hi Dears,Im looking for buying a house and wanted to hear from you folks about Fairwood/Renton area.I hear concerns about crime/safety primarily. If you live there, could you please share your insights about how safe this place is for families?How is the Indian community there?
Yes it is good area. Here is based on research: The schools near Fairwood are way better than anything in the Renton school district. Fairwood is in unicorporated King County. Its a pretty nice area. Theres nearby shopping, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Theres a golf course right there.Northwood Middle School is a good school and is a part of Kent School District
