Hi Akansha,We are currently living in Renton and want to sublease my apt.its a 2b apt with lots of Indian people living. Grocery is walking distance, Indian store is 5 min drive,preschool is walking distance..my daughter goes to that preschool and it's very good.hospital(valley med) is walking distance or 5 min drive. Seattle, Bellevue, sammamish is 30 min drive.. my husband drives daily to seattle.Very green and lustrous area.. and safe too with lots of Indian crowd.
