Topic : Is it as GLOOMY as they say, in Western Washington
Enn Enn K. 11/25/2014 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: Chicago, IL	Single Parent (read: Father) who just hopped across to the other side of 40 is Planning to move to WA from IL with 2 Rug rats in tow. Why? Because, sameness of the flat midwestern geography has made me want to kill myself several times and, being an outdoor person, I want to inculcate appreciation of nature and, introduce the thrill of outdoors to my two lil Smurf & Smurfette.Since, I am moving to PNW to enjoy its outdoor offerings and being Non Religious to core, I want to stay as far away from all Dandia, Garba, Bhangda, Ugadi, Diwali celebrations AND Bollywood & Cricket as possible. An occasional visit to Desi Khaana Khazaana is a de rigeur though. Would ideally prefer to be settled in the corridor between Portland and Seattle so that I can partake the best of both the Worlds.
