Hello, I find the best site for school information is schooldigger.com it will give you the rankings for every school in the State. Supply of homes in the higher ranked schools is low. Im a real estate Broker and I can give you more information on housing and how to look for housing in your preferred school boundary. Lake Washington is looking in to changing school boundaries due to the increased enrollment so allotted school can potentially change.
