Hi, we are a indian couple with no kids and planning to move to seattle in Jan-Feb 2014. I would like to know that which area is good and safe (crime rate) to live in or around issauah? We are planning to buy a house too. First when when we move, would rent an apartment or furnished house till we find a house to buy. So looking forward to get suggestions for renting and buying a house.
