Hey I have a 1bhk apartment at driving distance of about 5 minutes from htcc temple in bothell. Also, its walking distance to APna Bazaar and Mayuri and Fred meyer. Also, there are lots of Indians in community. I am moving out soon and want to sublease or transfer lease as per mutually agreed terms.
