PPS S. 7/8/2013 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: bellevue	Hi Sandeep, We have 1bed1bath available for sublease in bellevue for month of aug. Rent 1150, which is pretty good deal compared to current market rate here. My husband is also working in seattle. He takes 265 direct bus from just outside of apartment. Society is very friendly and max indians are staying. I suggest, its a good deal, even if you want search more, you have 1 months time to decide whether you want to extend the lease or find a better apt...
Ruby V. 7/6/2013 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: Bellevue	We live on the 148th Ave NE in Bellevue. There are lots of Indians here and is also close to bus stop to Seattle. You can check out the lakes apartment, bellevue meadows, Archstone or also try the crossroads area. We live in Bellevue meadows in a 2bed/1bath apartment and are moving out on Aug 7th. We want to transfer the lease to someone as our lease is valid till Apr 2014 and the rent is $1490. Let me know if you are interested. We are leaving our furnitures in the apartment too, so it will be a furnished accommodation. Currently 1 bedroom apt in this area is going out at $1400+
