My baby is now 6 month old and I remember everything very vividly. I had an all natural birth luckily and it went quick. So cant tell a lot about c-section. The bills totalled to 10,000 USD but insurance paid 90% of that. It may be a good idea to call your insurance.About birthing experience: Its all good dont worry. DO DO DO take some classes in some local hospital about labor, breastfeeding and all. It really helps. First 2 months after baby is born - life is quite tough. Get all the help you can. There are midwives, doulas available to aid the labor in labor room - as well as help you at home during the first few days/weeks. Most people also need breastfeeding help - so get that as soon as possible. No, babies do not know automatically what they need to do. They learn with time. So get help from lactation consultant(s) asap when needed. You will also need a doctor for your baby - within the first week after delivery. So find one now. America has a lot to offer. Though you wont get the same massages as all women in India get for much less cost. But you win some you lose some. All the best.
Hi, I am in my 1st trimester and this is my first time too. I believe its better to go for normal delivery if you dont have any complications involved. I am not sure about the insurance coverage as it depends on your particular provider.
