Hi, Currently we are staying in CA and will be moving to WA in mid of July. From last few days, I am looking onto various sites to get a feedback on public elementary schools as well as nearby apartments. I have shortlisted - 1. Clyde Hill Elementary School and Avalon Towers Bellevue 2. Lamplighter apartments and Stevenson School 3. Lakeridge apartments and Bennett SchoolCan anybody help me in making a decision. I want to know:-1. What %age of indian community is staying in Clyde Hill and Medina area?2. Any reviews on the listed apartments and schools?3. Does the rental include all the utilities like (garbage, water etc)Any other choices are welcome...Hope will get some responses that will help me in taking a decision.Thanks,Preeti
hey priti, this is priya from Bellevue, washington.Lamplighter apartment and Foothills woodlands and commons/ r the 2 apatmts most of the indians r living and this stevenson public school is located in the mid of these 2 aptmts. Foothills and coomons, Eastern court aptmt, Bellevue heights, glendale apatments are very nearby apartments to the Stevenson school(5 to 10 mins walkable distance). my kids r studying over in the same school. most of the residents in foothills are Indians only. v r staying in double bedroom aptmt and rent rate is $1100 with common washing machine in the basement for 4 houses. enough car-parking facilities, with pool, fitness center. maintenance services r good. easy to access school, highways, shops and restaurants. hope this info is enough for u.
