to get a taste can try InChin restaurant in Redmond ... but Indian flavor pizza are better ones to try at CanAm - palak paneer, butter chicken pizza etc. All the best :-)
Hi, that's Chinese food cooked in Indian flavor. For example noodles with Indian spices and vegetables, types of Manchuria dishes - cauliflower, potato, fish. But won't find animal fat or reptiles etc. servedIt's a popular fusion food.Cheers,Aziz
