Hannah M. 2/8/2008 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: Seattle	Hi! Im an American lady but Im engaged to an Indian man and Im moving to India at the end of April. Ive been to India many times and I am studying Hindi (can read and write and understanding is good - shy to speak though! ha ha). I am a good cook by American standards, but I really need to learn Indian basics. My fiance is sort of rigid in what he likes and he doesnt like fancy things. I really want to get better with rotis, paranthas, sabji, and various simple things like aloo matar or aloo ghobi and to make some....hmmm...he calls it "gravy" - like tomatoes, ginger, garlic all put together...and then he uses it in the sabji... Obviously, I need some help! ha haI dont have much money because I am moving so far and its very expensive...but I can give you all my spices and provide all the ingredients and I eat very little so you can have your lunch free that day you help me! ha ha I dont have a LOT of free time so it wouldnt be that often, but maybe once a week or two...
