Hi, I know its difficult to be home on H4. But eventhough u cannot work legally, u can volunteer in your field to enhance your options of finding job later.

Well applying next yr for H1 is the only best option left..or either to join univ. for further studies.I like the idea of making of group,by this we can make new friends, chillout together and enhance r creativity....if such a thing happened thn definately we all people will end up making so many friends.....those who r interested shoot back with a response.

I feel the same. All of us want to work but cant. looking at it optimistically i think it is a very good time to make new friends, hang around together, have pot lucks, get creative and look forward to working sometime.Maybe ppl like us should even form a group and have fun..what say??

Hi i know exactly how i feel coz even i was working prior to coming here on H4 but thats how tings are. You cant legally work here, i am not sure about the voluntary working part of it. If you like reading like me why dont you get involved with King County Library or you could probably apply next year for H1 Visa. Well best of luck, hope you do find what you are looking for.
