Im a new Mom (of an adorable little 8 month old), work from home, moved here not so recently and have not made many friends. While caring for my baby, I feel like I should spend a little time with an adult to keep my sanity. Ever since my BFFs moved out of the country I miss having good conversations over a cup of coffee. I love to read, travel, find myself caught between Indian and Western cultures and sensibilities, love caprese as much as my dal, love U2 as much as R D Burman, love a good Chianti as much as a masala chai.. so you get the drift. It feels very weird to post a classified to make friends, but cant seem to find any other way until my baby grows up a little more. =) So please hit me up if you are interested to just talk / have a playgroup with the kids / want to catch a Nicholas Sparks movie but cant get your husband to go with you ;).
