Hey Prachi,Welcome to Washington. We moved to woodland commons few days ago and we liked it so far. I like the management. I believe the only difference between woodland and foothills are construction and rent. Woodland seems little old and has out dated furniture. While Foothills looks more new with updated furniture and facility and off course higher rent. Its upto you to decide where you want to go. Both are located conveniently to shopping malls, bus stations and much more.Hope this might be helpful.
