I travelled once with my infant daughter and swore not to fly by Asiana again! Their seats and service is fine. Food is not that good. If you need help for ground trasportation, you are better off with another airlines. I had to seek help in Seol. Their ground crew was rude and unresposive, and they had no problem understanding what I am saying, they just didnt like driving a bunch of women w/ wailing kids around the airport :(
