Do you have infant /child CPR certification? It is always nice to have this certification but might not be a deal breaker. If she does not have the certification, ask her what she will do in a situation when child needs a CPR.
When would you call a pediatrician or 911? Her management skills are revealed by this question.
Ask about any medical conditions that be relevant, ask about if she smokes, drinks and has any drug abuse problems You can even have the nanny pass the medical and drug-screen test.
