I struggle with winter depression also. I just talked to this nurse at the elderly care center and they installed sad lighting in every room at the care center the intire staff has commented on the difference it makes so i bought one recently and it really helps with sleeping better at night as well so it makes you feel better in two ways. Yes getting out also helps but i thought i would mention this because it helps me more than i was expecting.
