The Mystic Rose is divided into three parts each lasting one week. There is one week three hours a day - of laughter, followed by one week three hours a day - of tears, followed by one week of being the watcher on the hills, which consists of sitting silently for forty minutes and just watching whatever arises, followed by twenty minutes of gentle swaying and movement. (This sequence for the watcher is repeated three times...three hours total).
The length of this meditation (21 days) is essential. It allows all aspects of our laughter and joy, sadness and tears, and silence to surface.
These experiences are part of our intrinsic nature
that have been covered up.
