What are favorite places for a staycation? Or a hotel within driving distance that would make a fun stay? With kids.

1. Here are some local resorts:
  • Alderbrook resort on good canal. 
  • Suncadia in Cle Elum. 
  • Rosario in the San Juans. 
  • Chrysalis in Bellingham. 
  • La Conner Country Inn/La Conner Channel Lodge
  • Semiahmoo Resort
  • Best Western Oceanfront Seaside Oregon
2. Other places would be : Port Ludlow, Seabrook just north of Moclips/Ocean Shores. 

3. Even more local would be Willows Lodge in Woodinville or the Woodmark in Kirkland waterfront
