Hi Ladies,I had severe hair fall and was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency. Taking D3 60k once a week from past 2 months. But still dont feel any improvement in my hair fall.Doc asked me to take the medication for 4 months.. Any one in the similar situation and how long you took the medication.
Hi sarika, I am sorry to hear about your hair loss. I had the same hair loss problem and my physician asked me to take vitamin D tablets. I am taking the tablets and the hair loss is less comparatively, besides taking the tablets, I stopped using harsh chemicals(hair defrizz, colors etc..)hair straighteners, curlers everything that possibly could damage my hair and applied few drops of warm coconut oil daily. you can try these and see if that works.
