It is not too late to send in additional comments. The total numbers should be larger than the reported numbers. In decision making process, numbers always count and impact the process!
This will benefit the whole country and each qualified individual by giving opportunity to stand for themselves, making independent and thus giving them a life to spend that they truly deserve. That would definitely be the ignition to their stopped career life.
