| any inputs on russell investments/seattle

hello everyone,
We (me,wife and 10 month old son) are currently living in Durham , NC and I have been offered a job in Russell Investments .I dont know anyone from the seattle/tacoma area and did not get a chance to explore the area when I came to tacoma for the on-site interview.
Is there anyone in this forum who is working at russell investments or know someone working at russell investment and can give some valuable (good or bad) info on Russell investments in terms of work environment , job stability etc.
I would also love to get as much info as possible about the seattle/tacoma area and I am sure you guys have tons of info to talk about. From a desi perspective , how is life there ? Lots of people told me that weather in seattle can be very depressing .
We might come on a company-sponsored house hunting trip and want to know which apartments/neighbourhoods have a good concentration of desi families.

I work at Russell Investments in their Indexes unit. you can reach me at PankajSharma01@hotmail.com. Russell Investments is a great place to work at and you should find a good working environment there.
Please note that by the end of October, the company will move to Seattle. It will probably be better if you looked for a home in Seattle or its suburbs (Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland). There are more Indian families in Seattles suburbs than in the city itself (I live in the city, though).
