Hai I own both of them, i personally feel Xbox is more fun, as wii is childy game, but ofcourse it depends on you which one you would prefer, i like x box tough i am not a serious player

Pls go for Sony PS3 slim 120gb or 250gb which comes with BluRay player & WiFi & is very low-power consuming device as well. This is the Best of all three and you can get it for $300 on ebay (after bing cashback on a 250Gb slim PS3). If you Absolutely dont need BluRay, Wii is good enough as you can get it for below $200.
