This picture is just 5 years old, but I feel like it was taken ages ago. The reason could be the CHANGE. I have read about human beings evolving over generations, but I always say I have evolved in this lifetime itself. DO you feel this way too??
Its true that experiences and circumstances change us over a period of time and sometimes you look at an old picture and wonder If its really me??
Its not the external physical appearance that I am talking about here. Its about the person I was few years ago and what I am today. This picture was taken just before I entered a wedding. At that time I didn't spend on expensive clothes I rather designed on my own and made them look special. I always tried to mix and match to create a new outfit. I knew a tailor who had exceptional stitching skills and I always got my dresses stitched from her. I would get the fabric and matching buttons or accessories needed and she would take care of the rest.
Then I had so much time to save money and now honestly I don't mind spending more money than time. It doesn't mean I value money less today, its just that I can invest the same time for something else thats more fruitful. But the clutch I am holding in this pic is still with me and looks brand new and I love to carry it with me just as much as I did 5 years ago.
Its strange how some things change completely with time and others just stay as they are..
