In a relationship, a small spark of negative thought is enough to hurt the others feelings. The mind works only through past experiences to connect with current situation in your life.

When do we start hurting our loved ones?

It starts with a small thought and the brain wave frequency associated with this action is called "BETA STATE".
The frequency range for this state starting from 13 to 40 Hertz (EEG measurement). After that, more and more negative thoughts will start attaching with first negative thought like a chain. After sometime, you will get into Gamma state which is above 40 Hertz.  In this state our mind completely hijacked from your SELF. In that situation your only aim is to hurt the other person along with so many weapons of negative words. In this context you will lose the stable mind in GAMMA state. Then you know for sure. The damage in your relationship would have happened in few minutes.

Now, how to heal this damage?

The only way to heal your relationship is to heal yourself first. You can heal by raising your energy level by doing Yoga and Meditation/Kriya for at-least 21 days.

What happens when you raise your energy?

The moment you raise your energy from BETA STATE to THETA state, You will establish the connection with the healing energy or divine energy. Divine energy is the foundation of our being and it is playing through mind. The healing will happen miraculously which is beyond your senses. For example, if you see the sea and waves looks different but in reality both are same. Once the waves merge with the sea then the waves will become sea.

Let you heal YOURSELF to heal a Relationship.

Note: Whenever you fight with your loved ones then the energy will move down and get drained.  Whenever your brain frequency reduces, your energy level goes up.
