This question is the result of my friend asking me, " How do I know when I am at my best?"
We rank the quality of our performance as BEST when we succeed in getting something done or after we achieve a goal. Success/
achievement is an obvious indicator of the energy level at which the goal was achieved.
When we look at achievers, we have to consider their mental and physical energy levels. By nature, he/she might be with high energy. He/She could be working consistently on the balance between their mind and body.
This makes us wonder as to how to build this energy level that is favorable for us.
A balanced level of body and mind could be developed by physical exercise or yoga and Meditation. Physical exercise helps to reduce body fat and yoga to surface good hormones and to keep emotions under check. Approximately a month of physical exercise and mental relaxation sessions (Lowering our brain Frequency to Theta state) facilitate to increase such energy level. The result depends on the
intensity and the level at which mind and body was at. An incremental growth happens. Steady and consistent effort to synchronize energy
levels of body and mind for bio-memory mechanism is worth the effort. Commit oneself to a 21 day program "Sankalpa" and continue until you
feel and see change in yourself.
One will experience this extreme happiness as a result of discipline in performing these activities continously. The change is beyond belief.
Best performance is feasible when there is a balanced equation between body and emotional. Recent research finds that everything in the world revolves around Energy. Metaphysics proves that the entire universe is Energy.
The outcome of good performance is happiness. Happiness brings peace and peace leads to self speculation and self speculation leads to further improvement. Improvement determines your performance.
