Most parents are motivated, caring and concerned about their children. But many are unsure how to raise children to be well-adjusted and happy adults. Well-meaning parents sometimes miss important signals that can warn of potential behavioral and emotional problems.

Dr. Bhalla holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has 30 years of clinical experience assessing and treating children in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She also was director of a child development program serving school children in three elementary schools and has provided training to other mental health professionals.
