JAYA TV DEBUTS NATIONWIDE EXCLUSIVELY ON DISH NETWORK(r)

Englewood, Colo., Nov. 12, 2009 - DISH Network L.L.C., a subsidiary of DISH Network Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH), today introduced
Jaya TV, a top-rated Tamil channel from India. The channel is available exclusively to DISH Network customers in the U.S.
