My parents visitor visa got rejected about 2 years back - seemed to us it was based on the fact that they had extended their last US stay by 3 months although they went back in 2 months. Looking for suggestions and input from people who have had similar experiences. How long did you wait before reapplying?Did you produce any special documents that were not presented in the first interview?Did anyone procure a letter from their local senator/congressman to validate their case. Any information would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
