Ingredients
Paneer (grated)250 gm
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Red chilli flakes to taste
Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
Capsicum finely chopped 1 tbsp(optional)
Green coriander leaves finely chopped
Mint leaves 3-4
Chaat masala to taste
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1-2
Ginger (grated) 1 tsp
Soft knead dough(adding salt)
Oil for cooking
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients for stuff.stuffed & Cook Paratha applying oil both sides.
Serve with choice of Chutney/Pickles
Tips:-
Adjust seasoning as per own taste buds.
