tasnim j. 5/29/2009 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: kirkland	i have been going to Gene Juarez for almost 5 years to maintain my highlights, haircuts and other occasion hair-do. they may be a little costly for foil and cut(approx$100-140) but they guarantee the work and have excellent stylist who actually listen to you! :)
