HiI have taken a 2 bed 1 bath apartment for Lease in The Onyx apartments for $1533. But my son have not got a full day seat in the Benjamin Rush elementary. So, Im planning to cancel the lease. But the current price that is going on now is $1676. If any one wants to take up this lease, let me know so that I can transfer the lease. Availability of this apartment is from July 6th, 2015.
